A Culture of Care
The reorganisation of this care facility replaces the existing single- and two-storey buildings with a densified mid-rise set up, freeing up valuable ground-floor space for communal and landscape uses.

This reclaimed ground plane is a shared garden, articulated with meandering pathways in a richly landscaped setting that supports gathering, celebration, and moments of quiet respite.

Despite their increased scale, the buildings are expressed through warm materiality and tactile detailing, reinforcing the residential character of the programme and fostering comfort, familiarity, and a sense of home.
